Nascence of Youth

Sparkling skies, bewildered moon,
Reached here a bit too soon.
Entangled in the veil of maturity,
Preparing to take a stance of surety.
In grip of duties, caught accidentally,
Discovering fresh freedoms, unhurriedly.

Scintillating skies, perplexed moon,
Arrived here a bit too soon.
Snake in the pants, fire in the hearts,
Bombarded constantly by cupid’s darts.
Enchanted by unlocked imagination,
Spreading our unbounded ambition.

Sparkling skies, bewildered moon,
Reached here a bit too soon.
Wraped in mists of uncertainity,
Wondering about our destiny.
This heart full of desire can only sing,
Upon commencing these days of srping.

    • Initially when I planned it, I had four stanzas in mind. Obviously, I never got around to penning down that fourth stanza which would use the refrain of the second stanza to start.
